i used to take pictures of people,
laughing faces, clumsy, overlapped,
the smiles collaged together,

intimate portraits of the people in my life.

now i take pictures of the places where people have been,
their essence blurred,
rays of light penetrating trees
and the shadows in the corners around buildings.

empty spaces.

expectant.

holding my breath in 35mm
(or 120)
the camera,
new eyes to reveal what i couldn't see.

People

I don't often take pictures of people, it's definitely not my forte, but sometimes they just get in the way and it happens haha.

Trees

I love how trees have such personality, here are a bunch of my faves taken with either the olympus trip 35, the diana, the holga and maybe another one haha.

Buildings

These are some of my favourite building photos taken with various cameras.
